  第二次住这个酒店了，因为离广州南站近，所以地理位置很好，前台的服务员李萍态度热情，还满足了我的延迟退房要求，以后来广州还会住这里。

  设施：这次体验了泳池、健身房、小童乐园～大人小孩都能找到自己的节目 环境：非常舒适，酒店内环境卫生干净，酒店外有个公园，可以走走逛逛 服务：工作人员见到面都会友好微笑，前台接待的小姐姐Esther和Wendy热情友好 餐饮：入住送了两张饮料券，兑换了现磨咖啡，非常不错。入住当天的晚餐和第二天早餐都在一楼的西餐厅解决了，餐食品质很高，整体来说非常满意！

  整体来说是次不错的住宿体验！? 房间宽敞明亮??，整洁度满分??，特别喜欢浴室配备的浴缸??，出水又快又热??，冷热调节顺畅，泡澡爱好者绝对会满意～三楼的室内恒温泳池??♂?和健身房??更是加分项，完全不用担心天气影响运动计划！ 早餐种类丰富得令人眼花撩乱???，但味道确实有待提升??，全场唯一惊喜是糯米鸡还保持水准??，其他的食物味道真的不行。最可惜的是前台安排显失专业??—，明明提前一周就电邮确认三间房需同层??，结果下午2点办理入住时，竟要等到4点半才拿到第三间房卡?，造成行程安排的不便。 希望酒店能加强餐饮品质管控????，并改善前厅部的协调能力??，否则实在辜负了这么好的硬件设施呢～
