该酒店各方面都可以，唯一不好的地方就是不提供笔和纸。正常的酒店都会提供笔和纸，方便客人写东西什么的。而我打电话下总台问为什么没有笔，总台的服务员说，我们不提供笔的。你要写什么只能来前台写。我想说：我写点个人隐私都要给你看着写了吗？不就一支笔那么简单的事情。这样的服务都不能提供，下次谁还会来入住呢？
