此家服务态度超差，情人节那天本来是个好日子，叫我们出示证件，我朋友都先上去了，我是怕麻烦，答应等下把东西放好，下来给证件，死都不肯，还赶我们走，就这样我订好的房间付了费也退不回来，也没住！
