  设施卫生什么的都不错，只是当时一个前台没有搞清楚在线已支付是什么状态，一定要我再付一次，耽误了很久，后来同意先进房间，结果晚上十一点多打电话来让下楼再付钱。第二天他们才搞明白我是网上提前付款了，并不用再缴费。而且离开后发现有东西忘在房间，当时退房时都没有提醒，只好帮我寄到家里（到付）。总而言之，服务管理有待提升。
