我在清远住过几次丽枫酒店，朋友推荐住的。我非常喜欢非常满意。在佛山住，令我大失望！一进豪华房间一看，好小和以前住的完全不一样，和前台交涉了，前台说这就是豪华房，各个地方不同的。前台男生很耐心解释还帮我换了一间房子，不过还是一样小。床被子感觉不舒服不干净好像不换过。前台的姑娘很热情递上毛巾，茶水，但是很多人不喝，也有人喝，白天我看到小姑娘把递给客人的茶水又倒进茶壶里，感觉好恶心！早上的早餐真的太差了，一点胃口都没有，看到垃圾到处都是，管理太差了！自从在清远住丽枫，我就从心里开始不喜欢维也纳酒店了，但是我住了南海的丽枫，感觉真的再也不敢住了。
