住得不舒服，床太软，卫生不是很到位，浴室没地方放衣服。要求换房补差价，以没房为由不换，但从软件上依然可以定其他房型，我定的是商务大床，她还说我定的是简约版的，已经给我升级为商务大床。服务态度不是很好。
