外部环境真心不错，房间设施太旧了！酒店的服务一般吧，价格相对于同级别的酒店有些贵了，还有就是可能都是矮层建筑，蚊子太多了！

朋友一家四口过来玩，刚好恒威和富湾湖的房间都满了。家庭套房，两个房间，一个双人床，有独立卫生间，两个单人床，有一个公共卫生间，感觉很好。而且本身很喜欢明苑的环境，特别安静。
