这酒店服务超级差，我订的房，到酒店给我二楼的房，二楼房子没办法睡，KTV和酒店房子挨一起太吵了，要求酒店换房要加钱，还说我要住就加钱，不住就叫我自己看着办，这样的服务态度好差，房子很脏，洗漱用品也很脏，不信看图
