不是酒店房，是公寓改装的，小复式，二楼是床，一楼是小客厅，设施还可以，但是没有床头灯，开关都在楼下，非常不方便，这些都是可以忍受的，早上出门时，把一个很贵的护肤品忘在洗手间了，走的急没拿，后来打电话去酒店，居然说没有，坚持不承认拿了，对于一个酒店来讲，恶意侵吞客人的东西，这种行为无法忍受，这样的酒店也不会再住了，
