酒店前台的工作人员态度超级差！下午3点的时候已经收到短信确认有房间，结果晚上9点到店的时候被告知说已经没有这个房间，只能给其他房间！而且重点是前台工作人员态度非常恶虐的告知我们！后来经过电话投诉之后，酒店的领导说又有房间了！结果到房间才发现，所谓的设施都是形同虚设的！总之这家公寓的性价比超低！设施旧，价钱高！旁边的铂顿国际公寓性价比高多了。
