很满意的一次出行，平时都不喜欢点评论的，但是这里的服务态度特别好，不管是哪个岗位的服务员，都很热情，感觉特别亲切，再来说说房间吧，房间设备都是维也纳统一的标准，特别舒服，卫生也很干净，晚上睡觉也很安静，没有KTV之类的，退房很快，五星好评。

房间设施完善，前台的小女孩也很有礼貌，做房的阿姨也很亲切，前台有赠送早餐卷，早班也不错，自助餐来的，停车场很大，不用担心停不下车，酒店隔壁有银行，有吃饭，也有喝奶茶的地方，交通方面也是不错，希望维也纳可以一直保持这样的服务理念！！！
