说说优缺点吧！优点：价格合适，房间大有电脑，下楼很近公车站！晚上可以去南国桃园玩。缺点：晚上附近没有买小吃的，楼下有ktv有点嘈！

卫生条件还可以吧，服务态度也不错，就是离吃的地方有点远，要走二十分钟左右才走*但总体挺实惠的！
