酒店配有一次性口罩、免洗洗手液，消毒酒精给客人免费试用。还会测量体温。消毒做得很不错。全方面无死角消毒的。住得安全踏实舒心！

这次入住总体来说还是可以的。先说一下优点：
①这次选维多利亚酒店主要原因是离创产比较近 走路十分钟便能到达
②前台工作人员很好！我这次换了好几次房间 一开始觉得豪华大床房好小 后来换了超级大床房 然后还得换 最后换来换去 工作人员都没有抱怨 态度很好 而且给了我一些比较中恳的意见 感谢！
③厕所里面有一次性坐厕套 解决了我轻微洁癖的坏习惯??????
④最值得赞扬的必须是“免费私人管家服务” 主要是“免费”的 里面项目很齐全 很贴心 棒棒哒！
说一下不足的地方：
①可能酒店已经开业有段时间了 看了几个房间 还是觉得旧了点 还有点灰尘
②406房间里的厕所 实在太臭了 把车里的香座放了一晚都去不了那下水道的恶臭味(后来换了超级大床房 故意在厕所逗留了一会 没恶臭味才放下行李的??)
③进入停车场很不方便 需要到店叫工作人员遥控才能进去/出去 所以我们这次短线游选择更多是步行?滴滴 尽量不开车外出

酒店超出想象的好，前台小姐姐很热情。房间整洁无异味，窗户是双层玻璃有效隔音。床铺干净柔软，还提供早餐和贴心服务（竞能有免费的卸妆水和棉片）更意外的是可以下午4点退房。很好的一次体验。
