办理入住大厅不开空调很热，办理速度很慢，大概
20分钟，而且在艺龙订价基础上开发票还得加十元，前台夜里12点多打电话与我确认加十元，非常影响休息，导致一夜没休息好！可以说非常差！

三星级，设施虽然有些老但是不旧，维护保养的挺好。大堂干净整洁大气，房间干净整洁设施完好无异味，服务态度很好。唯一不足就是床太硬，像睡在一张木板上。不知本身就这么硬还是忘了铺席梦思。这么硬的床头一次见，下次再来感受下。
