周边环境比较好，附近有休闲沐足的地方，也有吃饭的餐厅。周末过来玩玩还可以，但位置比较偏，有车的话还行。如果乘坐公共交通工具就会比较麻烦

去到之后才发现原来还有别墅区的，很想换别墅区啊，可是好像很麻烦！看样子是挺有历史的酒店了，环境还可以，就是进去的时候不好找，当时是去这附近拍婚纱照的了，反正没有太大要求的也都是可以的！

由于家中男士喜欢在仙湖钓鱼，所以一家都是雅湖别墅的常客，每年都入住多次，房间内空间宽敞，卫生间排风扇有就像没有，前台说是正常的。后排别墅比较早期，附带一个小阳台，面对后山空气好些；前排别墅后建比较新但空间不如后排宽敞。若是人数够多可以租借麻将在房间玩，服务员送麻将台和麻将、椅子上门，这个服务不错。早餐建议选择到附近的祈福酒店，有中式和西式选择。午餐和晚餐可以到对面的半岛餐厅、祈福酒店或者丹灶的竹溪酒家。
