2017.9.26日入住格林斯顿酒店，开房后上去看房，试试空调设备，结果十分钟后还是跟惹蒸笼一样，看到床很脏又黄又旧，厕所也很脏，我坐电梯下去退房，结果前台齐刘海的中年妇女林小苑服务态度极差，没有一点礼貌，非要说我超过半小时收了我80块钱，吵了起来一段时间后她开单就按照我们吵了之后的时间记录坑我说超过半小时，林小苑的态度真的很差，还说自己不怕投诉，这样强收钱的服务劝大家别去了，酒店又老又旧，跟名字一点都不符，不想林小苑再坑到更多的人所以提醒你们，这种环境这种服务态度真是少见，人生第一次投诉，好脾气的人都会发火，林小苑就那个齐刘海的不知道这是不是她真名，如果酒店看见，希望好好处理这件事，态度不好做什么服务业，一次不愉快的经历给你们借鉴。
