这次入住要给酒店一个大大的差评！
第一：给前台办理入住的服务员，一脸冷冰冰地坐在凳子上，问了一下WI-FI密码，她就极不耐烦地说到房间里去看！
第二：要晚一些退房，于是特意和前台去商量，结果姓邓的女服务员，坐着拿走我手上的房卡，边翻找着房卡套里的收据等，边玩外交辞令地教育我，要带什么、怎么样…天哪？这是搜查吗？服务员你没有权利翻我房卡套里的东西哦……当场和邓姓服务员交涉，邓姓服务员坐着无礼地回答：翻房卡套是正常的，给差评无所谓，她姓邓…
第三：退房时继续找邓姓服务员的主管张经理，主管张经理依然是坐着听服务员和我的叙述…中途邓姓服务员还是不停插嘴…最后这位张经理继续坐着和邓服务员一样狡辩的解释，我向张经理提出，接受客人投诉，起码张也该站着和我对话，张经理答复我：坐着答复是公司规定…

其实这家店除了床硬一点其它的还好，但是！为什么我提前了一天定好的高级单人房你给我换成了双人房，换双人房也就算了，还是普通的，好小的双人房，唉，尴尬，一点心情都没有了，😤😤
