退房三天押金都没退到银行卡，打电话到前台只说在处理，处理了三天都没下文，看来只能等我回到酒店去报警了，最没诚信度的酒店，连押金都要独吞。酒店设施陈旧，服务态度不好，打死以后都不会再入住
