最差的房间，交了钱酒店已经确认房间，但说没有单，等了半个小时沟通协调。前台短发服务员拉个长脸一问三不答。退房不是洗衣液的边坏了没人用向我们要钱，关键是没人用。酒店毛巾是黄的油没人换也找我们，蟑螂满天飞
