真心很失望，不是服务态度不好，是酒店条条框框什么都是钱，连续住了两晚，楼下吵到凌晨一点，小孩刚好发烧，吐了在床上，要洗涤费可以理解，但是洗涤费只有30或者50或者80。然后活生生要被收50元，感觉住得一点都不舒心，小孩本来就不舒服，问多拿一条浴巾给小孩擦汗，结果也要收钱。
