有独立阳台，不过外面空调机非常吵，影响睡眠，还有落地玻璃窗帘关不严实，会透光，早上给光刺眼。入房门那里的墙纸脱落，应该要重新贴一下。牙膏应该配备2个，可惜只有一个，懒得叫服务。优点就是靠近繁华地带，逛街方便，停车免费
