这个酒店服务态度很恶劣，服务人员在没有事先告知你的情况下一不小心就会给你改单，让你住高价格房间，结账时才知道上当了。周围很吵，根本没办法入睡，空调不制冷，早上没有热水。房间内有一股很臭的气味，晚上还有**的很大声音。卫生间还有尿屎味。
