前台收银员很好，每次都是遇到她。她很敬业，很爽快。下半夜过来进住酒店的，我怕吵，换房也给我换安静的。没有那么啰嗦…很棒！
就是房间的干衣机不好用，也不实用。吹风机用8分钟吹干一条内裤，干衣机烘8小时还没干还要收费。
其他城市都装浴室干衣机了，只要插电就好了。
建议：太商业化不是太好。
现在充电线也要扫码，干衣机也要扫码。商业化太严重了，顾客反馈不顺心的。
改良！！！
