缺点：1）酒店设施陈旧。2）大堂虽然很气派，但休息等候区域很小。3）上下电梯进入客房，都无须刷房卡，电梯口有一个永远空无一人的访客登记台，形同虚设。任何人都可以自由进出客房，有安全隐患。4）前台服务员虽然态度友善，但业务非常不熟，办理入住和退房的时间很长。且对无烟楼层的分布不清楚，在客人特意提出要住无烟房的情况下仍然安排了烟味浓郁的房间，害得客人提着行李来回奔波换房。5）房间隔音较差。6）从酒店到地下停车场没有电梯，需要提着行李经过好几层狭长弯仄的楼梯，很不方便。优点：1）客房卫生很好。2）绝佳的地理位置，对面就是清晖园和华盖路步行街，酒店四周有很多口碑餐厅，出行非常便利。建议：酒店备些地图，客人询问酒店附近路线，前台服务员包括大堂经理都一无所知，还回应我自己上网搜地图，汗！！！
