酒店很不错，房间蛮大的，就是隔音不太好，隔壁房客人说话听得一清二楚。设备有点点旧，不过地理位置非常的好，对面就是清晖园，旁边就是新世界商场，交通也很方便，非常满意。

酒店位置非常好，楼下是商场，对面是清晖园，顺德步行街，就是酒店有点旧，服务，卫生都不错。艺龙需要改进，下了三次单，扣了三次钱才预订成功。有点那个……

服务态度极差！！！第一次评论酒店，这家酒店的服务态度真是刷新了我对一颗星的定义。除了入住交押金的时候服务态度好点之外，其他的服务员无服务态度可言！
前台的电话总是打不通的，打通了就给你各种转线！转了半天还是没人接。半夜点个外卖前台说不能送上来必须自己下来拿，询问能否让外卖小哥送上来，另外一个前台工作人员在电话旁边说“让他自己下来拿啊为什么要我送上去！” 。
再三协调前台最后说派位服务员陪同外卖小哥上来。结果就是等了一个小时。再打去前台（打了不下五个电话才有人接）说之前接电话的工作人员已经下班了。
打去投诉 后来自称是大堂经理的打回来 所谓的解释还是在推卸责任。最后话都没说完大堂经理就把电话挂了。
另外，酒店是没有自己的停车位的，需要用商场的地下停车场。
