酒店对于像我们这些第一次到店的客户指引不清晰，对于我们在艺龙订购的套餐到店没有详细解释那些项目是套餐里面包含的，工作人员也不清楚，只有前台才知道。建议前台在我们办理入住时给我们一个明确的消费指南。酒店总体还是不错的，人有礼貌，环境舒适！还会再去的！
