第一，管理跟不上，具体为：有人把车停在路中间导致其他车出不来也没人管；洗手台的水龙头水超小，且漏水口的位置有臭味散发出来；房间的房卡有一张用不了。第二，酒店的设施太陈旧了。第三，隔音效果差，隔壁到了很晚都在玩闹，当然这是住户的素质低，但是真的太吵了。
