1. 一开空调就吹了一堆乱七八糟东西到床上【如图】

3. 入住的时候酒店和艺龙没对接好，说查询不到订单，已经晚上11点多了还等了半小时才能入住
优点是离地铁口非常近，清洁阿姨很能干也很热情。反正是不会再来住第二次的了。

差评差评差评！到店比较晚，很累的情况下，拿了房卡上楼打不开门，工作人员弄了20分钟最后给我换房。不愉快在第二天早上全面爆发，前台3个人在帮忙办理退房，在着急上班的情况下足足等了15分钟才退成功，排错队了也没提前指示说是哪边队伍是退房的，生生浪费时间。系统不行请及时更新和更换，酒店环境不错，但因为细节不到位给人的体验感很差。
