平时很少写入住感受的我，不得不在这里发泄一下！ 首先，酒店总体坏境尚好，所以房间都面向听音湖。大堂设有图书间供客人休闲地在这里看一看书，然后前台服务态度爱理不理的样子，什么都不清楚是样子，例如游泳池的时间没有清楚地说明，中午是有休息时间的，问前台竟然说也不清楚，住过这么多酒店公寓，真的第一次遇到，入住酒店游泳池都要收钱，我和先生跟小孩住一个双人房，只有两张票，另外小孩需要收费15元！！！这个实在理解不了！！！（当然只是个人感受，不接受评论）再然后房间都是公寓格式，设备有电磁炉和电水壶，所需酒店用品不齐全，分别打了几次电话叫客房部拿。总结，这间酒店公寓只可以说是管理不好！没有下次！

酒店位置就在听音湖旁。饭后散步十分方便。
双人床特别小，房间也小。我是1414套房抽风坏的。卫生间小了，进出门跟厨房一起，使用不方便。房门口路灯不开，感应慢，回房间特别吓人。走廊尽头乌漆麻黑。最好不要住这些位置。比较人性化就是服务态度挺好的，保安也不错。还有一份零食礼包。
