价格实惠，位置极佳，楼下食肆众多，购物方便，离地铁站约5分钟步行的距离。
房间很宽敞，有沙发和电视机，节目丰富。房间还配备有小冷柜和洗衣机、窗前晾衣架（因为没用使用这些设施，不了解其工作状况如何）
吧台处的电灯坏掉了没修，浴室里的毛巾很破旧，但前台的服务态度还好。
