真的是一次极差的住店体验，之前都是一直有在这家酒店入住的，这一次之后对这家酒店有了重新的认识。本来好好的一次店，开好了房间之后外出了，之后晚上回来一进房间乱七八糟的，打电话给前台让她过来处理，没有很明显要道歉的意， 态度很敷衍的样子让我觉得很气愤，难道连客户最基本的尊重都没有了吗？草草敷衍了几句就给我换了个房间，当时心情简直是一落千丈，换了个房间空调还是坏的，我也没有想把事情闹大的意思，就接受了她们的提议，回头说要查监控，第二天去问前台，得到的答复也是敷衍了事，感觉不会再爱了。
