首先，晚班的服務態度是可以的，不過在中途夜晚9點的時候有人去把我房門開了，我打電話到前台投訴，前台說。您只有報警，真的覺得服務不到位，就不可以上來樓層查看一下？工作有那麼懶麼？還有。第二天早上退房的時候，找續的時候，服務太差了，一副愛理不理的樣子，沒有散錢我理解，但請問服務態度那麼差就不要入職酒店了，你們的培訓都是白培訓麼！沒有一點精氣神！是不是過年就可以放鬆下來不用上班？我也不是第一次入住前途，剛開張我就是會員了.現在越來越讓失望！
