华美达这个品牌口碑一直都不错，我们在外国出差一般都会预定的，来到佛山旅游当然也不例外。可是这次入住感受非常不好，首先前台服务态度很懒散，可能我们入住时间是凌晨的关系，精神状态不太好也不怪他们。然后我们预定的明明是湖景房，居然安排了城景的，打电话到前台咨询，居然跟我说：“因为你们预定的那个房型没有了，所以我们给你安排了另一种房型”。什么意思？我们在网上预定的的时候已付了保留担保金，在我理解，这个保留担保金不就是酒店为客人预留房间的吗？为什么就没有我所预定的房型呢？然后在办理入住时根本没有告诉客人就擅自修改了房型？这种情况不是首先需要征求顾客的需求吗？更让人生气的是那位接电话的前台小哥居然跟我说：你觉得不满意的可以退房！我真想问这个态度真的符合这个品牌酒店的？你们酒店是否没有做好服务态度的培训工作？最后因为太夜了，我们也不想再追究了。希望酒店在这方面好好加强培训吧！说到房间除了景观不一样，其他设施还好，就是浴室排水不太好，洗完澡到处都是水，这个真的需要改进。

第一次住华美达，总体感觉不错，房间很大，舒服，400元房间有浴缸，可以泡泡，楼下商场和电影院，娱乐很好。

酒店位置很好，就在狮山中心，早餐很丰盛，设施很新，但价格也是附近最贵的，如果多搞着活动优惠点就好了。
