去年刚开业的酒店，硬件设施都很新，房间很大，早餐也还行，只是觉得服务还有待改进，跟前台的女服务员说话连头都不抬更不用说微笑接待了，据说她是前台主管，但有一位高高的女前台是新人吧，很温柔友善，也很礼貌，房间打扫卫生的服务员把床铺了但是我的睡衣就随手丢在那里，作为高档型酒店这样的服务肯定是不合格的
