这是我住过最差的维也纳酒店，2020年 10 月第一次入住无窗的豪华大床房，当时空调不冷，与前台沟通，提供一台电风扇，勉强过的去，2021年2月再次入住，选择有窗的行政双床房，竟然所有的窗都无法打开，空气闷到不行，跟前台反应，空调开了一小时了，空气依然没有改进，前台请服务员另开二间房试试，三十分钟过去确认，空气依然很闷，最后提供一台风扇。这家酒店的软硬体都好，唯独空调不行，非常不行，下次不会再来了。
