因预定时的房型都是靠大马路 非常吵 根据前台建议还多付了60块住了圆床房 结果圆床房空调都开不了 佛山那天只有零度 我要求退款换酒店 酒店也不退款 等了一个小时 才找到了间有空调的房间 我按酒店要求多付了钱 房间空调不能用 然后也不退款 等到半夜12点后才换到有空调的房间(还是在携程工作人员帮忙沟通后）而且更换后的房型还是大床房 根本不是酒店让我多付60元的圆床房 最后也没退差价。太过分了！
