该酒店仍处于装修阶段，并不符合试业条件。存在问题：1.所处物业管理混乱，装修未完成。2.没有支持银联刷卡支付，客人不方便进行消费结算。3.设备配套不完善，上网也要另行调试移动上网设备。4.房卡出门后就不能再进入，晚上没人值班，让客人在走廊呆等。5.明明是酒店订房入住客人，大堂保安却要客人跟其酒店管理方在酒店大堂留下的电话联系才能进入。6.对客人投诉酒店质量而不负责任，迟迟才有人处理，而退房时值班人员却说领导们全部去培训了，不对客人无辜被困房门外事件负责，更没有打折收取以表道歉。
