离清晖园很近，方便游玩。房间还不错。不过作为四星级，有点差强人意。酒店电梯间广告说夜餐免茶位、服务费，结果服务员说春节期间不算（已经初八长假结束2天了），团购套餐也暂停（网络平台上也没说春节期间禁用）；我们本来点两个菜就够了，服务员撺掇再加一个，结果超难吃，菜量倒很大，剩了好多，感觉不好！

酒店新装修过，干净卫生，性价比高！唯一不足的就是淋浴时地漏下水太慢水很快就漫出来了！

酒店设施还可以，房价也很高，这方面就不评论了，只想说下前台接待，不管是check in还是check out都比较冷淡，基本没有笑容，这和他们酒店的高房价严重不符，难道是因为假日上班的原因？

一开始房间空调故障，闷了一个多小时，呼了前台，让人上了处理，然后又说确实有点问题，叫了维修师傅过来修。我一开始以为会给换个房间，结果并没有，维修人员弄了一下，说是修好，但空调调节面板没法修，有空调，但调不了温，因为焦急出去就没在意了。晚间回来，空调确实有了，确实是温度比较低。作为一家四星级酒店，房间内部硬件有问题，第一时间换房间是最佳处理方式，因为没有在里面待太长的时间，就没有在追究这事，但还是希望酒店方面以后可以注意一下。毕竟如果是3星或者连锁经济型酒店，硬件设施有限，不能尽善尽美，也是在接受范围内。位置不错，硬件也有算精品，住客的体验也应该受到重视，明知道是有问题，也不自己提出解决处理方案，非得住客吐槽，酒有点那个了。
