带了一个团订酒店..服务实在是差...但最重要的是..电视机很花不看也就罢了..冷气坏了叫职员.看了一分钟说待会有冷气...过了半个夜晚没冷气拿部风扇就了事?然后忍受不住转房一堆小强在房里还让人住吗? 整个晚上就是解决十几间房的问题. 以后都不敢住你这家三星大酒店了..连宾馆的基本设施都比不上
