艺龙平台8月18订的861房，平台收了保证金，结果到店时前台说房费加押金要交三百，然后8月19退房，押金也不说什么时候退，请问是垃圾房一晚值三百？？？？？我就平台也不提供酒店电话和客服，搞的我出门游玩一次的心情和兴致也没有了！最垃圾的一次住房人体验
