酒店位于闹市区，附近就是万科广场和城市广场，吃东西逛街挺方便的，环境还行，房内设施比较一般，电视只有几个频道，浴室的遮挡门帘竟然设置在外面，墙上挂的油画是衣不蔽体的女人，带小孩出行的简直尴尬至极，实属欠缺考虑周全。

亲切周到，宾至如归，床软硬适中，网速超快，位置极佳，房间一尘不染，餐饮超赞，前台服务很好，服务热情，服务赞，前台很有礼貌，服务员很热情，前台小姐姐态度好，客房大姐服务很好

前几天去这个酒店晚上12点入住，4点就走了，大概1点关完灯准备睡觉了 突然不知道房间里面哪里响了一下 特别清楚，吓死我了 就一声 过了好一会儿不知道哪里又响 搞得我都没敢睡觉 回来这几天精神状态都很不好

来说一下这次的入住体验，首先下单时我使用里程兑换升级房间，办理入住时，咨询前台，并无回答，全程毫无笑容，为此感到服务非常冷漠；第二因男朋友出示的是电子身份证，当确认完入住信息时，手机返还给我们时动作行为有点大，面孔像是我们得罪了她一样，让人感觉不舒服；第三拿到房卡后，回到房间，电视坏的(时不时屏幕成马赛克格子)，连空调也难以打开，第二天甚至连关空调也关不上，唯有搬凳子站上去关，可能这就是所谓的升房的体验感吧。总之这次是个很差的体验，不关是服务还是设施，希望待提高或完善吧，这次也不是第一次来，平时也很少去评价！
