鱼跃龙门的设计非常棒，房间全线江景，西江美景尽收眼底，房间家具布置大气舒适，新开业过来住还送了U盘纪念，等设施完备还会再来，适合休闲度假。

硬件挺好，唯一不足就是酒店隔音有点差。服务态度是挺好，但是工作人员的职能有待提高，出发前一天问了前台关于床围和BB床，都说酒店有，（晚上8点入住）住进去跟前台沟通，没有BB床也没有回复，过了一个小时再次致电才说没有。入住当晚也问了明天有没有早茶，前台说有，第二天8点半去说需要提前预订，没有预订不能用餐，咨询的时候工作人员也没有跟我说需要预订。怎么说也是高明的地标，希望酒店会越来越好。

试业期间，还算不错，门童，保安，前台态度不错，有水果盘送。房间风格偏中式老气了一点，但新酒店无装修味，这个很不错，浴室干湿分离，浴缸前墙上有小电视，这个人性化。所订房含自助晚餐，部分员工不够主动收拾碟子，自助餐品种不过不失，餐厅布置漂亮，但味道在佛山几间五星酒店中略失色，有点失望。总体来说，新酒店运作还算不错，没有给客人乱的感觉，但仍可加强软件，亲切笑容，主动服务。
