酒店服务太差，有客人来都不上前打招呼，十一点有服务员敲门问是不是退房，你丫的，你不会打电话上来问吗？真是的，入住时候都已经说了有付款过，还要压五百押金，押金你就押呗，结果第二天退房还要再收我房费，我都不知道酒店的管理人员哪里来的。房间电脑形同虚设，空调没有暖气，卫生间还行，洗漱用品太糟糕。
