订的是包含门票和早餐的套票，酒店前台给的是兑换券不是门票，需要自己去景点兑换门票。酒店环境还可以，就是早餐较差，没什么可吃的，性价比太差。遇到台风无法登山，联系酒店问兑换券是否可退或改期，结果酒店前台爱理不理，说他们不管，跟他们没关系，要顾客自己联系同程旅游退票，后来我们自己联系了同程办理了退票，退房时酒店也不说要回收兑换券，结果等我们返程了才电话让我们去退券，这又不是门票我们又没有去兑换为什么要退？而且当时我们在酒店跟他们协商时他们只说他们不管，那时怎么也不说退券？？？现在这样的服务在酒店业也算是太差太不专业了，有事就会推卸责任，什么都不愿意处理，有问题只会推给客人自行解决，以后再也不会来这样的酒店，差评差评差评！！
