  中规中矩吧，毕竟价格摆着那里的，如果你单纯拿来睡觉我觉得挺合适，边上是小区，很安静的，然后他们的大床房特别软，睡觉还是蛮舒服的，但是衍生的你要说装修，隔音我觉得还是不怎么样都，门外说话声听的清楚的还是，装修话，整体偏向经典白墙，电梯这种也挺破的看着，看个人需求吧，单纯睡觉我觉得性价比很高

  住的还行吧，位置有点偏，适合情侣居住，设施比较齐全但有些比较旧。主要是价格便宜，相对来讲还是不错的。
