整体服务态度不错，环境也可以。酒店帮忙调剂成二楼，一楼相对潮湿，房间内设施齐全，整体较满意，唯一一点是酒店房间没有wifi只有大堂有，连一般的经济型酒店都不如，这点较遗憾。

除了酒店房间还算将将够四星标准，其他真没什么好说的，早餐查的一塌糊涂，房间硬件设施真不行，还有服务态度！！那叫什么态度！问房间没有冰箱，回给我一句我们冰箱都是坏的！问周边有什么好玩的！说没什么好玩的！！！醉了！我定了两个房间，一个给一楼一个二楼，我一起定的房间跟我说我以为你们两家不认识！！说给换一下说全部入住了！鬼话谁信啊！一楼的房间全是霉味！反正再也不会来了！！！

酒店毫无服务意识，尤其要说一下的是餐饮部一个叫什么蕊（何蕊？）的经理，因为在大厅找厕所，走到到餐饮那边方向了，所谓的经理看到客人似乎有需要帮忙不询问，反而大声质问你是哪里的？当得知我在找厕所后，大声训斥，说我们这里是餐饮，客房有客房的厕所！你们什么规矩我们不知道，好好讲话不会吗？这样素质的人，如同泼妇，也来当经理？？

岛上最好的酒店，不喜欢那么厚的地毯，时间太久了吧，房间一打开门，浓重的霉味！
