特价房在走道上，设计还不错，空间不大但利用率挺高，卫生间也大，性价比不错。空调给力，热水不太稳定，水压偏小。厕所冲水不够强，入住有个烟头，不过卫生还是挺好的，瑕不掩瑜吧
