房间的空调暖气不能用，浴室的喷水漏水，网络太烂了，基本不能用。。。。
早餐多加位 要交15元，停车场停车需要另收费。 楼层太旧了。，

装修很旧,房间里灯光很暗.洗手间的龙头松动,用起来很不方便.但这个酒店应该算在福鼎中心地带,周围吃饭逛街都比较方便.

隔音差 服务态度也不是很好 奇怪的是酒店的停车场居然还收费 郁闷 房间太老化了 要是十年之前去住可能挺好的

空调几乎没感觉，晚上睡觉都感觉有点冷，洗脸龙头居然无热水，而淋浴龙头有小股热水。停车要另外收10元钱。这样的酒店居然价格还那么贵。

主要是因为这个酒店离要去的地方比较近，但酒店比较旧，硬件设施都比较老了，这么冷的天想洗个澡没想到水小得要命，空调基本没感觉~~~让我好失望~~~~

洗手台就在床边，感觉很潮湿。厕所和淋浴室是分开的，都很小。淋浴室内没地方挂衣服。服务员也不够热情。
