新的酒店房间卫生是有保证的，配备台式电脑，亮点是还能无线上网。服务管理方面有待加强，叫服务员拿一副麻将上来，先是负责保管的阿姨要到晚9点才来，来了后又说没骰子，弄得大家兴致全无。另外，服务员要加强知识管理，问他们嵛山岛早上几点钟的渡轮，回答也不是很确定。毕竟福鼎离太姥山牛郎岗海滨嵛山岛这些景点很近，客户有会问需要的信息！另外作为赠送的矿泉水没有提示，放在要出售的商品边上，这是酒店不甘心赠送的节奏啊，呵呵！一次性马桶垫，没提示出售，倒是花钱才能用的。就写这些吧，希望酒店以顾客为本，努力提升服务！
