昨晚停电停了整整一个小时，酒店居然没有备用电源，今天退房只不过因为床单上有血渍，就以要清洗为由收费30，难道你们床单不用清洗吗，难道血渍用洗衣液洗不干净，照你们这么说所有人衣服一旦沾上血渍衣服都要扔掉吗？难道你们洗那一点点血渍要花30元的洗衣液吗？住了这么多次没想到这次居然这样，太失望了！

开的是豪华房，在五楼就算了，感觉里面的设备跟平时住的豪华房有出入，感觉是标准房，还有地板灰尘很多，房间灯设计的很暗
